Returns and Repairs
For items purchased from us directly (online or in-showroom), we offer an exchange for merchandise or store credit on any stock items within 7 days of receiving the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, resized, sale or made-to-order items including engagement rings and wedding bands. Please note that cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order. No refunds will be granted after those 24 hours.
Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.
Please process your return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
Claim Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing email@example.com with your order number in the subject line.
We will email you a confirmation of Return request and issue an RMA number. You may return an item within 7 days from date of receipt for a merchandise CREDIT valid on www.kasiajewelry.com (less shipping costs) or at our San Diego Showroom.
All returns must include original packing list with the items you are returning circled and the RMA# including reason for return clearly indicated.
Jewelry not treated according to the Jewelry Care page is not eligible for exchange.
All returned items must be in the original condition and secure packaging with a tracking number.
If an item shipped to you is defective, it can be returned to us within the first 7 days after receipt. We will make any necessary repairs to the item, or a full remake if needed. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and we recommend that you insure your shipment for up to the value of the returned item. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item once repairs are complete.
Shipping and Packaging
Custom Kasia Jewelry pouch or box will be included in every order. If you wish to leave a customized note with your order, please let us know upon ordering.
All jewelry is shipped USPS Priority Mail with tracking. We offer complimentary shipping + insurance on orders $1000 and up (sale items excluded). We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $1000. Kasia Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. If you opt for not re-shipping your order, there will be a 20% restock fee.
All international orders ship via USPS Priority Mail International. Please note: For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Kasia Jewelry is not responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Kasia Jewelry is not responsible for the delivery of packages due to customs, address change or weather related issues when shipping internationally.
All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. If you opt for not re-shipping your order, there will be a 20% restock fee.
